How to use the Leadership Crisis Model to guide your team: Shock => Adapt => Execute => Scale/Fail.

How to set your business apart from your competitors and compel your prospects to buy from you.

How to use the Profit Equation to develop an aggressive, measurable plan to increase your leads, sales conversion rates, and repeat business with your existing customer base.

How to build and lead a fearless, disciplined salesforce with a relentless determination to win big.
